Kokomo Speedway, Indiana; Cole Whitt Picks up first Win of the Season |
When Cole is not racing on the USAC National circuit the busy teenager is filling in with local races at some of his favorite tracks close to his home in Indiana. After a busy 3 nights of racing on the USAC side, Whitt took his #29w sprint car out to Kokomo and landed his first win of the season. “We got the car working tonight, said Cole.

Positive Results for Cole Whitt and Keith Kunz Motorsports: USAC National Sprint Car; Gas City, Winchester, Brownstown, Eldora, Anderson and Terre Haute |
The Keith Kunz Motorsports team has been busy building new chassis and getting ready for the full USAC national schedule. So far the results are positive as Cole has proved the new sprint cars to be worthy. Gas City and Bownstown both propped top 10 finishes and after relegating to a back up car at Winchester, Cole posted a 6th place finish.

Night Before the 500 O’Reilly Raceway Park - Midget Maynia Tour Concludes |
The weekend was a busy one for Cole and Keith Kunz Motorsports as they traveled to Wisconsin and Illinois to compete in USAC pavement events. Friday began at LaCrosse, WI where Cole posted a 12th place finish and a very loose race car. Saturday continued to the high banks of Slinger Speedway, WI.

Positive Results for Cole Whitt and Keith Kunz Motorsports |
Saturday, April 11, 2008 - The third round of the Mopar USAC National Midget series was held at Southern National Speedway in Kenly, NC. The quick 4/10 high bank asphalt track was not only new to Cole but also to his team. Neither had been to the facility before. Cole and the Keith Kunz team came out swinging, however and Cole set quick time in the first session and finished 3rd overall on the speed charts.

Cole Whitt Moves from 12th to 6th and Holds 2nd Place in National Points
Cole Whitt, driving his #71 Red Bull Keith Kunz Motorsports midget, returned to the Midwest for Round 2 of the 2008 Mopar USAC National Midget Series. The race was held at the “Worlds Fastest High Banked ¼ Mile” Anderson Speedway in Anderson, IN on Sunday April 6. Luckily, the event missed the rain that has been plaguing the Midwest recently.
