Whitt Wins Bloomington
Fifteen year old Cole Whitt scored his first feature win of his young career at Bloomington Speedway Friday night. A total of 32 sprint cars were unloaded to compete for the evening’s Safety Kleen sprint car feature.

May 2007
May has been a busy month for Whitt Racing. Pavement tests at IRP and three to four day race weekends is giving Cole valuable seat time and experience. So far Cole has not missed a feature event and is visiting new tracks. Cole traveled to Haubstadt for the MSCS show and finished a respectable 10th place.

April 2007
At his first appearance back at Lincoln Park Speedway Cole had a strong run, finishing 5th in the A feature. Cole backed it up the following weekend with a 2nd place finish. The pill draw put Cole deep in the field for the heat, starting 11th, he finished 2nd. In the main he lead most of the race and just came up short finishing 2nd in the feature.
 
2007 Season Preview
Cole Whitt will be back in the seat of his 410 Non Wing Sprint Car again this season. Cole is looking forward to a full season of over 60 races on the competitive Indiana circuit and will race against some of the toughest competition in non wing sprint cars. Cole is also looking forward to competing in USAC competition when he turns 16 and running Indiana Sprint Week.

East Bay Raceway – Winternationals – Brandon, Florida
Back in the seat of his 410 Sprinter, Cole headed to Florida to race a new track and new surface. 42 Non Wing sprint cars would compete towards Friday’s $10,000 purse. “We got one night of practice and every time out, we got better and better, explained Cole. I’m ready and excited to get back in the 410.” Three nights of racing began Monday. Cole would draw 60 out of 60 for a starting position. Running strong Cole raced hard for the transfer position to the A main, two cars made contact and spun, with no where to go, Cole was disappointingly taken out of competition with a bent front axle.
