Cole Whitt Closes Gap in the USAC National Midget Points |

It has been a long and successful season for Cole Whitt, Keith Kunz Motorsports, and the entire USAC National Championship. The more than 40 week season is concluding for both the midget and sprint car series. For Cole Whitt it has been a tremendous journey in his first full season on the USAC National tour. A season that has seen him mature and grow as a driver while competing in both series for the overall titles. |

Whitt Closes Gap in Battle for USAC National Points Lead |

A weekend of racing in Illinois for Cole Whitt and his no. 71 Keith Kunz Motorsports team left Cole drawing closer to the top spot in the USAC Midget National point standings. The three night Gold Crown Midget National series included a format that meant that the first two nights of racing were non-USAC point events. However, on the night that counted toward the USAC National point championship, Whitt made the most of the race car on the evening in securing third place. |

Winning Weekend for Whitt (Cole Bats 1.000!) |

Monday, October 6th, 2008 – There are some weekends for a driver that he or she will remember for the rest of their lives. For Cole Whitt, this weekend will be reflected upon as one of those weekends. With two races on the schedule, one in his “house” car and one with Keith Kunz Motorsports, Cole converted victory in two classes and went down in the history books by winning the 57th running of the Historic Hut 100. |

Whitt Bats .500 in Two Races from Weekend |

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008 – After a successful test at Caraway Speedway in North Carolina, it was back to work over the weekend. The Combine test was conducted with Eddie Sharp Racing and organized by Motorsports Management Incorporated. The Combine was a great success and it was a great way to display driving abilities and receive valuable seat time in a Camping World East stock car. |

A Gas City Win and Solid Eldora Finishes for Whitt |

Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008 – We have had some time off for Cole and the rest of the USAC crew. However, after a great weekend at the Red Bull Indianapolis US MotoGP (thank you CR and MH!), it’s back to work. Three race in two nights in two states. Nothing new for Cole, the Whitt family, Chuck Gurney, or Keith Kunz Motorsports. |
